Students & Staff Registration

Conference Registration is a 2-step process.

Step 1: Register your group via the conference registration link. A project director or staff member will complete the registration process on behalf of all the attendees. Secondary contact information can be added for those who will receive registration confirmation email(s) in addition to the primary registrant. Step 2: All registrants must complete a Conference Attendance Form to select meal preferences, request reasonable accommodations, and/or submit their research abstracts. A link will be sent to the Program Staff who completed the registration in Step 1.

Early Bird Registration Ends: November 1, 2025 - $435.00
Advanced Registration: November 2, 2025 - December 5, 2025 - $485.00
General Registration: December 6, 2025 - February 24, 2025 - $535.00
Late Registration: February 25, 2025, 12:00 a.m. and after - $585.00

Refunds/Cancellations:

Payment must be received on or before the posted registration fee deadline date(s) in order to receive the corresponding early or regular rate. If a balance due remains after this date, the total registration balance will be adjusted to reflect the current rate. (Exceptions may be made if communication regarding your payment status is received.)
All cancellations must be submitted via email to mcnairconferenceregistration@umd.edu.
Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, February 28, 2025 are refundable less a processing fee of $20.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Friday, February 28, 2025.
Substitutions may be requested as long as new registrant details (name, email, phone) are provided via email to mcnairconferenceregistration@umd.edu before the event start date.
