McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research Conference
Graduate School Fair

The Conference will be hosting it's Graduate School Fair, which attracts upwards of 350 - 400 high academic achievers from McNair Scholars and Student Support Services Programs from across the nation as well as students from the University of Maryland.
Venue: Main Concourse, College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, University of Maryland University College.
Schedule: Friday, March 14th, 2025; 10:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
Conference Exhibitors are registered by default and need not separately register for the event.

Graduate School Recruiters Registration

The registration fee amount of $575, includes registration for 1 Recruiter, A skirted 6' table with 2 chairs, Free parking and "Wi-Fi" and light refreshments.
There is a $125 additional recruiter fee.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Registration fees paid before February 5, 2025 are partially refundable. All refunds requests will be assessed $200 processing fee which will be deducted from the registration fees paid. Registration fees are fully transferable to another attendee from the same institution.
Requests must be sent via our Customer Service Form before the deadline (February 5, 2025).
No refund request will be processed if submitted later.
All approved refunds will be disbursed after the conference.
